The same care since 1976.
YMC İnşaat is the real estate development brand within YMC Group. Since its founding, it has produced living spaces that are safe, comfortable, environmentally friendly and enriched with technology; it aims to bring spaces to life.
Our journey, which began in Şanlıurfa, continues today with projects that leave their mark on developing residential areas in and around the city. We care about every detail from before construction to after delivery, and we strive for better in every project.
MILESTONES

1976
Establishment
Yusuf Çelik starts his first construction activities in Sanliurfa under his own name. In the early years, solid workmanship and the principle of keeping one's word were taken as a basis with detached houses and small-scale building contracts.
1988
First Multi-Story Housing Projects
With Sanliurfa's urbanization momentum, the first multi-story apartment projects are completed. This period extending from the build-and-sell model to contracting works also forms the core of the corporate technical team.
2001
Under the YMC Group Umbrella
With the growing business volume, activities are gathered under the YMC Group umbrella; a corporate structure is formed in the fields of construction, real estate development, and investment.
2012
Kumru Sitesi Delivery
With the delivery of the 120-flat Kumru Sitesi, YMC establishes the site life concept in Sanliurfa. The project is still one of the symbols of corporate memory with a lively neighborhood atmosphere today.
2016
Transition to Boutique and Prestige Segment
With the delivery of the V.I.P. project, a transition is made to the boutique scale prestige segment offering standard facilities such as an indoor pool and sauna. Then, with the mixed-use Loft project in 2018, commercial unit experience is gained on the central axis.
2022
Green Park and Landscape-Oriented Life
Green Park, where approximately 65% of the land is reserved for landscaping, is delivered. Along with Seyirtepe and Green Park, YMC's approach to green texture and family-oriented social areas in housing turns into a corporate design standard.
2026
50th Year and Dora Terrace Pre-Demand Period
Half a century of experience is carried to new generation projects with Dora Terrace with the terrace life concept in Karaköprü. With the opening of the pre-demand period, YMC enters a new era offering smart home infrastructure and energy efficiency as standard.
