V.I.P.

V.I.P., living up to its name, is a housing project built with a boutique scale and distinguished details. Delivered in 2016 in the developing area of Haliliye, the project offers a privileged life to its residents with a small number of flats.

In the project, first-class material selection, wide square-meter flat plans, and in-site social facilities come together. With its facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and sauna, it exceeded the standards of its time.

Despite the years passing since its delivery, V.I.P., which preserves its value, is one of the concrete examples of YMC Construction's permanent quality understanding.
