In urban renewal, our starting point is safety. We establish a transparent communication model with right holders; we clarify critical topics such as sharing rates, rent assistance, and moving planning with written commitments. We manage all legal processes from contract to title deed delivery with our own legal and technical team, offering a single point of contact to the right holder.

We do not see transformation merely as renewing a building. We configure the new project with an architecture that will integrate with the neighborhood texture, respectful to the street silhouette and neighborhood relations; we aim to increase the living quality and real estate value of the region after the transformation.
